So, you’ve got your shiny new website that has you ranking higher than ever before on search engines and is getting a lot of traffic but you’re worried you won’t have support if something goes wrong. If your website was built using one of our bespoke packages, you won’t have that worry as ongoing support is fundamental to us.

We’ve been stung too many times by companies who have excellent customer service before the sale but are then pretty much impossible to reach afterwards, leaving you in limbo and trawling the internet into the small hours in search of answers. When it'seeze set up in 2008, excellent customer service and ongoing support was always at the forefront of the business which helped build the franchise to the size that it is today.
Web designers in general tend to do a pretty good job of building you a website but when it comes to our local experts, you’ll get an amazing website built on a foundation of knowledge of the area your business operates in. That means your bespoke website will stand out from your local competitors and help business land at your doorstep. You could have the best business in Northampton or Bedford but if your website doesn’t reflect this and isn’t relatable to your customers, you will get considerably less custom as word of mouth can only take you so far.
When it comes to our Steve Axtell, he understands that people may want to reach out for support in different ways and is happy to accommodate that. Whether it’s an email on a Monday morning, a text at 3am or even a phone call on a Sunday afternoon, he’ll always strive to put his customers first. Sure, there are times when life gets in the way and a good work-life balance should always be appreciated but he’ll always get back to you as soon as he can. It’s all part of our ongoing support!
